Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, approving a Real Property Purchase Agreement with Timothy C. Scott and Todd M. Scott for approximately 32 acres of land at a cost of $100,000.00 per acre for the future site of a new Farragut area elementary school.
