Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, approving a Tennessee Department of Education Voluntary Pre-K (VPK) Grant for the 2022-2023 school year in the amount of $2,242,690.40 with required in-kind and matching funds of $1,152,026.60.
