Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, approving Budget Supplement Agreement No. 3 in the amount of $38,700.00 with Cannon & Cannon, Inc. for additional design services for the Coward Mill Road Widening Project to phase the final construction plans.
