Approve substantial amendment to FY20-24 Consolidated Plan for COVID-19 programs.

Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, 1) approving a Substantial Amendment to Knox County's previously approved FY 2020-2024 Consolidated Plan and 2020 Annual Action Plan to include additional programs to prevent, prepare for and respond to coronavirus; 2) approving agreement amendments, subject to HUD approval of the Substantial Amendment, with Knoxville-Knox County Community Action Committee (CAC) ($230,000) and McNabb Center ($650,000); and 3) approving agreement with Sacred Ground Hospice House ($60,000). (Federally funded through HUD CDBG-CV program funds)
