Approve amendment to 2021 Annual Action Plan for community room expansion.
Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, 1) approving a Substantial Amendment to Knox County’s previously approved 2021 Annual Action Plan and 2) approving the agreement Amendment, subject to HUD approval of the Substantial Amendment, with HomeSource East Tennessee for the expansion of the community room ($140,000). (Federally funded through HUD CDBG program funds)
