Amend Magnolia Ave Warehouse District Plan, delegate PILOT authority.

Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, approving an Amendment to the Magnolia Avenue Warehouse District Redevelopment and Urban Renewal Plan relating to terms of tax increment financing and consenting to a delegation to the Industrial Development Board of the City of Knoxville of the Authority to negotiate and accept payments in lieu of tax with respect to certain projects within the plan area.
