Authorize subpoena powers for testimony on McAlister's Deli incident.
Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, authorizing the use of subpoena powers for the Knox County Commission to subpoena the Knox County Sheriff’s Office to require the Knox County Sheriff and deputies to come before the Commission and provide their sworn testimony about the incident at McAlister’s Deli.
