Amend Commission Rules on Public Forum speaker options.
Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, amending the Knox County Commission Rules, Rule I, Section O, Public Forum, to clarify that a person who is signed up to speak on an agenda item shall be given the option by the Chair to speak either at public forum or during the Commission’s discussion of the agenda item:
