Amend agenda to move 2 items from consent to non-consent

AMENDMENT TO THE AGENDA – (CONTINUED): 4. Commissioner Beeler moved to amend the agenda to remove the following items from the General Government Consent Calendar and hear during the General Government Resolutions (non-consent): Item #38 – Resolution R-23-3-101 - Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, honoring the members of the Class of 2023 Junior Commission Civics Education Program upon their program completion; and Item #40 – Resolution R-23-3-103 - Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, honoring the Halls High School Wrestling Program for winning its first TSSAA Division 1 Class A State Title for both the Dual State Championship and the Traditional Tournament State Championship. Commissioner Ward seconded the motion and upon roll call vote Commissioners Lundy, Durrett, Oster, Ward, Schoonmaker, Hill, Lee, Beeler, Dailey, Jay and Frazier voted aye. The motion carried 11-0-0-0.

On March 27, 2023, the Knox County, TN Board of Commissioners adopted “Amend agenda to move 2 items from consent to non-consent” by a vote of 11–0.
