Amend agenda to move 1 item from consent to non-consent
AMENDMENT TO THE AGENDA – (CONTINUED): 6. Commissioner Beeler moved to amend the agenda to remove the following item from the General Government Consent Calendar and hear during the General Government Resolutions (non-consent): Item #15 - Resolution R-23-3-401 - Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, approving an agreement with Ardurra for professional engineering consultant services for the design of the Bluegrass Flood Mitigation Project in the estimated amount of $930,000.00. Commissioner Ward seconded the motion and upon roll call vote Commissioners Lundy, Durrett, Oster, Ward, Schoonmaker, Hill, Lee, Beeler, Dailey, Jay and Frazier voted aye. The motion carried 11-0-0-0.
On March 27, 2023, the Knox County, TN Board of Commissioners adopted “Amend agenda to move 1 item from consent to non-consent” by a vote of 11–0.
