CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMISSION OF KNOX COUNTY, TENNESSEE, APPROVING A CONTRACT WITH TENNESSEE AUTOMATIC SPRINKLER, INC. FOR THE PROVISION OF FIRE SPRINKLER SERVICES UP TO $750,000.00 PER YEAR FOR THE TERM OF APRIL 1, 2023 THROUGH MARCH 31, 2024, WHICH MAY BE EXTENDED FOR FOUR (4) ADDITIONAL YEARS
