CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMISSION OF KNOX COUNTY, TENNESSEE, APPROVING A STATE AID CONTRACT WITH THE TENNESSEE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION (TDOT) FOR THE RESURFACING OF THORNGROVE PIKE FROM GOVERNOR JOHN SEVIER HIGHWAY (STATE ROUTE 168) TO SEVIER COUNTY LINE FOR AN ESTIMATED PROJECT COST OF $1,520,313.25 WITH $1,489,906.99 (98%) BEING PROVIDED BY TDOT AND $30,406.27 (2%) BEING PROVIDED BY KNOX COUNTY
