CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMISSION OF KNOX COUNTY, TENNESSEE, APPROVING CONTRACTS WITH KIDTIME, INC., KID’S PLACE, INC., KID’S PLACE AT SEQUOYAH, INC., SHADES OF DEVELOPMENT, INC., AND YMCA OF EAST TENNESSEE FOR THE PROVISION OF AFTER SCHOOL CARE PROGRAM SERVICES FOR THE TERM OF AUGUST 1, 2023 THROUGH JULY 31, 2024, WHICH MAY BE EXTENDED FOR FOUR (4) ADDITIONAL YEARS

Approve Resolution R-23-4-202 - Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, approving contracts with KidTime, Inc., Kid’s Place, Inc., Kid’s Place at Sequoyah, Inc., SHADES of Development, Inc., and YMCA of East Tennessee for the provision of after school care program services for the term of August 1, 2023 through July 31, 2024, which may be extended for four (4) additional years.
