CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMISSION OF KNOX COUNTY, TENNESSEE, AUTHORIZING SUBMISSION OF AN APPLICATION FOR THE TENNESSEE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION (TDOT) LITTER GRANT PROGRAM FOR FISCAL YEAR 2024 AND, IF SAID APPLICATION IS APPROVED, AUTHORIZING KNOX COUNTY TO ENTER INTO A GRANT CONTRACT FOR THE ACCEPTANCE OF THE GRANT AWARD IN AN AMOUNT UP TO $171,400.00 (NO LOCAL MATCH REQUIRED)
