CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMISSION OF KNOX COUNTY, TENNESSEE, APPROVING A CONTRACT WITH THE TENNESSEE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH FOR THE PROVISION OF ARBOVIRUS TESTING OF MOSQUITO SAMPLES FOR THE PERIOD BEGINNING JULY 1, 2023 AND ENDING JUNE 30, 2024 WITH THE MAXIMUM LIABILITY OF THE COUNTY UNDER THE CONTRACT TO NOT EXCEED $3,500.00
