CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMISSION OF KNOX COUNTY, TENNESSEE, AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE OF A GRANT AWARD IN THE AMOUNT OF $4,000.00 FROM THE KNOXVILLE BAR FOUNDATION TO PROVIDE STIPENDS AND EDUCATIONAL WORKSHOPS FOR SOCIAL WORK GRADUATE STUDENTS WHO ARE DOING INTERNSHIPS AT THE KNOX COUNTY JUVENILE COURT WITH THE ASIST PROGRAM
