On April 24, 2023, the Knox County, TN Board of Commissioners adopted “Request zoning ordinance amendment for swimming pool definition” by a vote of 10–0.

Approve Resolution R-23-4-906 - Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, requesting the Knoxville-Knox Planning Commission to recommend amendments to Section 2.20 of the Knox County Zoning Ordinance regarding the definition of swimming pool.
