On April 24, 2023, the Knox County, TN Board of Commissioners adopted “Honor Joe and Dale Longmire on retirement” by a vote of 10–0.

Unanimous Adopted 10-0-0-1

Approve Resolution R-23-4-101 - Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, honoring Joe and Dale Longmire upon their retirement as owners of the Midway IGA grocery store in the Corryton community.
