CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMISSION OF KNOX COUNTY, TENNESSEE, APPROVING AMENDMENT ONE TO A GRANT CONTRACT WITH THE TENNESSEE STATE LIBRARY AND ARCHIVES FOR GENERAL LIBRARY SERVICES AND LIBRARY MATERIALS, WHICH AMENDMENT EXTENDS THE TERM OF THE CONTRACT BY ONE (1) MONTH AND INCREASES THE MAXIMUM LIABILITY OF THE STATE UNDER THE CONTRACT BY $211,735.00 FOR A NEW TOTAL GRANT AMOUNT OF $642,235.00 (NO LOCAL MATCH REQUIRED)
