Approve amendment to contract with TN Dept. of Human Services (IV-D).
CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMISSION OF KNOX COUNTY, TENNESSEE, APPROVING AMENDMENT THREE TO A CONTRACT WITH THE TENNESSEE DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN SERVICES FOR TITLE IV-D CHILD SUPPORT ENFORCEMENT SERVICES, WHICH AMENDMENT INCREASES THE MAXIMUM LIABILITY OF THE STATE UNDER THE CONTRACT BY $254,492.21, INCREASES THE LOCAL MATCH REQUIREMENT BY $131,102.04, AND EXTENDS THE TERM OF THE CONTRACT BY ONE (1) YEAR TO EXPIRE JUNE 30, 2024
