CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMISSION OF KNOX COUNTY, TENNESSEE, 1) APPROVING A GRANT CONTRACT FOR THE ACCEPTANCE OF TENNESSEE DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENT AND CONSERVATION (TDEC) AMERICAN RESCUE PLAN (ARP) PASS-THROUGH FUNDING IN THE AMOUNT OF $15,166,601.01 FOR WATER AND SEWER INFRASTRUCTURE IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS AND 2) APPROVING SEVEN (7) AGREEMENTS IN KNOX COUNTY ARP CORONAVIRUS STATE AND LOCAL FISCAL RECOVERY FUNDS (SLFRF) AND TDEC ARP FUNDS WITH THE FOLLOWING UTILITY PROVIDERS FOR ACTIVITIES THAT MITIGATE THE NEGATIVE HEALTH IMPACTS OF COVID-19: FIRST UTILITY DISTRICT ($10,060,000), HALLSDALE-POWELL UTILITY DISTRICT ($10,060,000), KNOX CHAPMAN UTILITY DISTRICT ($5,145,000), KNOXVILLE UTILITIES BOARD ($12,575,000), LUTTRELL-BLAINE-CORRYTON UTILITY DISTRICT ($1,885,000), NORTHEAST KNOX UTILITY DISTRICT ($2,890,000), AND WEST KNOX UTILITY DISTRICT ($10,060,000)
