CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMISSION OF KNOX COUNTY, TENNESSEE, APPROVING AMENDMENT ONE TO A GRANT CONTRACT WITH THE TENNESSEE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH FOR THE PROVISION OF IMMUNIZATION SERVICES, WHICH AMENDMENT INCREASES THE MAXIMUM LIABILITY OF THE STATE UNDER THE CONTRACT BY $335,200.00 FOR A TOTAL MAXIMUM LIABILITY OF $4,022,343.00 (NO LOCAL MATCH REQUIRED)
