Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, approving an agreement with Everett Pointe LP in the amount of $744,983.34 in U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) HOME Investment Partnership Program funds for the construction of four (4) fixed units of multifamily rental housing to be known as Everett Pointe. (No Local Match Required)
