CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMISSION OF KNOX COUNTY, TENNESSEE, AMENDING THE KNOX COUNTY COMMISSION RULES, RULE I, SECTION N, NUMBER 10, TO PROVIDE FOR THE DISCUSSION OF ZONING ITEMS AT THE AGENDA WORK SESSION AND TO CLARIFY THAT NO VOTE ON ANY ZONING MATTER WILL BE TAKEN AT THE AGENDA WORK SESSION
