CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMISSION OF KNOX COUNTY, TENNESSEE, APPROVING A CONTRACT WITH THE TENNESSEE DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN SERVICES FOR THE PROVISION OF IV-D CHILD SUPPORT ENFORCEMENT MAGISTRATE SERVICES FOR THE KNOX COUNTY JUVENILE COURT IN THE AMOUNT OF $338,346.31 WITH A LOCAL MATCH REQUIREMENT OF $174,299.61 FOR THE PERIOD BEGINNING JULY 1, 2023 AND ENDING JUNE 30, 2024
