Restructure oversight of Juvenile Service Center and create advisory board

Consideration of an Ordinance of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, to repeal Knox County Code Sections 18-141 and 18-142 relative to the operation of the East Tennessee Regional Juvenile Service Center and adopting new Sections 18-141 and 18-142 to place the control and supervision of the Juvenile Service Center under the Knox County Juvenile Court Judge and to create an Advisory Board. (First Reading)
