CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMISSION OF KNOX COUNTY, TENNESSEE, ACCEPTING RESIGNATION OF JANIS TERPENNY FROM THE TENNESSEE TECHNOLOGY CORRIDOR DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY (TTCDA) BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS AND APPROVING THE APPOINTMENT OF TIMOTHY WILSON TO COMPLETE THE UNFULFILLED TERM OF MS. TERPENNY ON THE TTCDA , WHICH TERM EXPIRES APRIL 30, 2025. (MEMBERS ARE NOMINATED BY THE GOVERNOR UPON RECOMMENDATIONS RECEIVED FROM THE COUNTY MAYOR AND APPROVED BY THE COMMISSION)
