On July 20, 2026, the Knox County, TN Board of Commissioners adopted “Approve rezoning for Beit Ventures LLC at 8922 Three Points Road” by a vote of 10–0.
Motion to approve Resolution RZ-26-7-104 - Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, approving the request of Beit Ventures LLC for rezoning from Agricultural and Floodway to PR Planned Residential at 1 dwelling unit per acre with the condition that all access be on Three Points Road and there be no access to Rutledge Pike. The F Floodway designation would be retained.
