On July 27, 2026, the Knox County, TN Board of Commissioners adopted “Amendments to the agenda” by a vote of 7–4.
Motion to amend the agenda to add the following items: Item #21 - Resolution R-26-7-407 - Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, approving a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Orange West Knoxville, LLC for transportation improvements on Schaad Road and Bakertown Road as required by Planning Case 4-SE-26-C and 4-C-26-DP; Item #35 - Presentation from Second Harvest Food Bank (this item was deferred to the August 2026 meeting later at the meeting); and Item #42 - Spread of Record the Employee Handbook of the East Tennessee Juvenile Detention Center.
