Appoint individuals to IDB and Health & Ed. Board
CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMISSION OF KNOX COUNTY, TENNESSEE, 1) ACCEPTING THE RESIGNATION OF CHARLEY BIBLE AS A DIRECTOR ON THE INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT BOARD OF THE COUNTY OF KNOX (IDB) AND THE HEALTH, EDUCATIONAL AND HOUSING FACILITY BOARD OF THE COUNTY OF KNOX (HEALTH, EDUCATIONAL AND HOUSING FACILITY BOARD) AND APPOINTING AN INDIVIDUAL TO COMPLETE THE UNFULFILLED TERM OF MR. BIBLE ON THE IDB AND HEALTH & ED. BOARD, WHICH TERM EXPIRES JULY 15, 2028; AND 2) APPOINTING FOUR (4) INDIVIDUALS TO SERVE AS DIRECTORS OF THE IDB AND HEALTH & ED. BOARD FOR TERMS EXPIRING JULY 15, 2032

Motion to approve Resolution R-26-7-111 - Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, 1) accepting the resignation of Charley Bible as a Director on The Industrial Development Board of the County of Knox (IDB) and the Health, Educational and Housing Facility Board of the County of Knox (Health & Ed. Board) and appointing Joe Ledford to complete the unfulfilled term of Mr. Bible on the IDB and Health & Ed. Board, which term expires July 15, 2028; and 2) appointing Brad Salsbury, Dennis Upton, Debbie Billings and Daniel Gass to serve as Directors of the IDB and Health & Ed. Board for terms expiring July 15, 2032.
