CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMISSION OF KNOX COUNTY, TENNESSEE, DESIGNATING THE KNOX COUNTY BRIDGE TO SAFETY PROGRAM AND THE KNOXVILLE FAMILY JUSTICE CENTER TO RECEIVE THE VICTIMS ASSISTANCE ASSESSMENT MONIES WITH FUNDS TO BE SPLIT EQUALLY BETWEEN THE TWO PROGRAMS IN FISCAL YEAR 2026-2027 AND FISCAL YEAR 2027-2028 AND THE BRIDGE TO SAFETY PROGRAM TO RECEIVE ALL FUNDS GENERATED BY THE ASSESSMENT BEGINNING IN FISCAL YEAR 2028-2029 AND THEREAFTER

Motion to approve Resolution R-26-7-903 - Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, designating the Knox County Bridge to Safety Program and the Knoxville Family Justice Center to receive the Victims Assistance Assessment monies with funds to be split equally between the two programs in Fiscal Year 2026-2027 and Fiscal Year 2027-2028 and the Bridge to Safety Program to receive all funds generated by the assessment beginning in Fiscal Year 2028-2029 and thereafter.
