Remove item #25 from General Government Consent Calendar
AMENDMENTS TO THE AGENDA: 3. Commissioner Dailey moved to amend the agenda to remove the following item from the General Government Consent Calendar: Item #25 – Resolution R-23-10-503 - Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, approving three (3) Agreements with Legal Aid of East Tennessee ($1,500,000.00), Community Mediation Center ($200,000.00) and Knoxville-Knox County Community Action Committee ($1,500,000.00) in Treasury Emergency Rental Assistance (ERA2) funds for eviction prevention and housing stability services (Federally funded through Treasury ERA2 program funds (State pass-through). Commissioner Durrett seconded the motion and upon roll call vote Commissioners Lundy, Durrett, Oster, Ward, Schoonmaker, Hill, Lee, Beeler, Dailey, Jay and Frazier voted aye. The motion carried 11-0-0-0.
On October 23, 2023, the Knox County, TN Board of Commissioners adopted “Remove item #25 from General Government Consent Calendar” by a vote of 11–0.
Move to amend the agenda to remove item #25 from the General Government Consent Calendar.
