CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMISSION OF KNOX COUNTY, TENNESSEE, APPROVING CONTRACTS WITH BONITZ, INC., SHANKLIN & SONS FLOORING INC., AND SKILLED SERVICES QUALITY CONSTRUCTION, LLC FOR THE PROVISION OF CARPET TILE INSTALLATION SERVICES UP TO $200,000.00 FOR THE TERM OF NOVEMBER 1, 2023 THROUGH OCTOBER 31, 2024, WHICH MAY BE EXTENDED FOR FOUR (4) ADDITIONAL YEARS
