CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMISSION OF KNOX COUNTY, TENNESSEE, APPROVING AMENDMENT TWO TO A GRANT CONTRACT WITH THE TENNESSEE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH FOR THE PROVISION OF PARENTS AS TEACHERS, TEMPORARY ASSISTANCE FOR NEEDY FAMILIES, AND EVIDENCE-BASED HOME VISITING PROGRAM SERVICES, WHICH AMENDMENT DECREASES THE MAXIMUM LIABILITY OF THE STATE UNDER THE CONTRACT RAPE PREVENTION EDUCATION SERVICES, WHICH AMENDMENT INCREASES THE MAXIMUM LIABILITY OF THE STATE UNDER THE CONTRACT BY $17,570.00 AND AMENDS THE SCOPE OF SERVICES (NO LOCAL MATCH REQUIRED)
