CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMISSION OF KNOX COUNTY, TENNESSEE, APPROVING AMENDMENT TWO TO A GRANT CONTRACT WITH TENNESSEE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH FOR THE PROVISION OF PARENTS AS TEACHERS, TEMPORARY ASSISTANCE FOR NEEDY FAMILIES, AND EVIDENCE-BASED HOME VISITING PROGRAM SERVICES, WHICH AMENDMENT DECREASES THE MAXIMUM LIABILITY OF THE STATE UNDER THE GRANT CONTRACT BY $401,200.00 FOR A TOTAL AMOUNT OF $2,076,836.03 AND REDUCES THE TERM ENDING TO JUNE 30, 2024 (NO LOCAL MATCH REQUIRED)
