Approve Amendment Two to TN Dept of Health FIM grant
CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMISSION OF KNOX COUNTY, TENNESSEE, APPROVING AMENDMENT TWO TO A GRANT CONTRACT WITH THE TENNESSEE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH FOR THE PROVISION OF FETAL INFANT MORTALITY PROGRAM SERVICES, WHICH AMENDMENT UPDATES THE SCOPE OF SERVICES, EXTENDS THE TERM THROUGH JUNE 30, 2025, AND INCREASES THE MAXIMUM LIABILITY OF THE STATE UNDER THE GRANT CONTRACT BY $150,000.00 FOR A TOTAL AMOUNT OF $750,000.00 (NO LOCAL MATCH REQUIRED)
