CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMISSION OF KNOX COUNTY, TENNESSEE, APPROVING A CONSULTING SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH STONES RIVER GROUP, LLC IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $75,000.00 ($6,250.00 PER MONTH) PLUS OUT-OF-POCKET EXPENSES TO PROVIDE GOVERNMENTAL RELATIONS SERVICES WITH THE STATE OF TENNESSEE FOR THE TERM ENDING OCTOBER 31, 2024
