APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING: Consideration of approval of the minutes of the previous meeting held on September 1, 2023 (Special Session) and September 25, 2023 (Regular Session) was before the Board of Commissioners.

On October 23, 2023, the Knox County, TN Board of Commissioners adopted “Approve minutes of previous meetings” by a vote of 11–0.
