Amend agenda to defer item O-23-12-104 to February 2024
AMEND THE AGENDA: Commissioner Jay moved to amend the agenda to defer the following item to the February 2024 meeting: Item #53 – Ordinance O-23-12-104 - Consideration of an Ordinance of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, amending the Knox County Code, Chapter 66, "Utilities", by adding a new Section 66-2 to provide for the Removal of Inactive, Broken, or Replaced Utility Poles. (Knox County Code, Chapter 66, Article I, establishing Sec. 66-2, previously reserved)(First Reading). Commissioner Durrett seconded the motion and upon roll call vote Commissioners Lundy, Durrett, Oster, Ward, Schoonmaker, Hill, Lee, Beeler, Dailey, Jay, and Frazier voted aye. The motion carried 11-0-0-0.
On December 18, 2023, the Knox County, TN Board of Commissioners adopted “Amend agenda to defer item O-23-12-104 to February 2024” by a vote of 11–0.
