CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMISSION OF KNOX COUNTY, TENNESSEE, APPROVING A CONTRACT WITH STOOKSBURY CONSTRUCTION, INC. FOR THE PROVISION OF EXCAVATION SERVICES FOR UP TO $100,000.00 ANNUALLY FOR THE TERM OF DECEMBER 1, 2023 THROUGH NOVEMBER 30, 2024, WHICH MAY BE EXTENDED FOR FOUR (4) ADDITIONAL YEARS.
