CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMISSION OF KNOX COUNTY, TENNESSEE, APPROVING A CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT WITH HGS, LLC FOR CONSTRUCTION OF THE PLUMB CREEK PARK STREAM ENHANCEMENT AS DESCRIBED IN BID #3481 IN THE AMOUNT OF $313,294.17 WITH $94,166.00 PROVIDED BY AMERICAN RESCUE PLAN ACT FUNDING.
