CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMISSION OF KNOX COUNTY, TENNESSEE, APPROVING THE PARK CITY REDEVELOPMENT AND URBAN RENEWAL PLAN PREPARED BY KNOXVILLE'S COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION FOR THE PURPOSE OF FACILITATING THE REDEVELOPMENT OF PROPERTY LOCATED AT 2724, 2730, 2736 AND 2733 MAGNOLIA AVENUE, HAVING PARCEL IDS OF 082KC006 AND 082FS015, AND PROVIDING FOR TAX INCREMENT FINANCING.
