CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMISSION OF KNOX COUNTY, TENNESSEE, APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE KNOX COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE EMPLOYEES' MERIT SYSTEM RULES AND REGULATIONS IN RULE 9.5 TO ALLOW A RIGHT OF GRIEVANCE FOR SUSPENSIONS OF ANY TIME LENGTH THAT RESULT IN A LOSS OF PAY.
