Commissioner Schoonmaker seconded the motion and upon roll call vote Commissioners Lundy, Durrett, Oster, Ward, Schoonmaker, Hill, Lee, Beeler, Dailey, Jay, and Frazier voted aye. The motion carried 11-0-0-0.
