AMENDMENT TO THE AGENDA

On February 26, 2024, the Knox County, TN Board of Commissioners adopted “Amend agenda to add Items #13, #22, #38, #41, and #42.” by a vote of 11–0.

Motion to amend the agenda to add the following items: Item #13 – Resolution R-24-2-303 - Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, approving a contract with ProntoTrak, Inc. for the provision of Case Management, Electronic Monitoring Services and Equipment for the Knox County Sheriff's Office, Item #22 – Resolution R-24-2-702 - Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, accepting donations in the total amount of $3,190.25 and five (5) barrels of non-perishable food items and approving the donation of the same to the Love Kitchen, Item #38 – Resolution R-24-2-908 - Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, approving the designation of a section of State Route 131 (East Emory Road) in Knox County as the "SPC Jeremy Daniel Evans Memorial Highway", Item #41 - Motion and vote of Madam Chair to call a Special Session of the Commission on Wednesday, March 6, 2024 at 11:30 a.m. in the Small Assembly Room of the City-County Building, for the purpose of filling the Knox County Board of Education District 8 vacancy, and Item #42 - Motion and vote to suspend the Knox County Commission Rules, Rule I, Section M, “Elections or Appointments” to appoint the winner of the March 5th primary for the Knox County Board of Education District 8.
