AMENDMENTS TO THE AGENDA
On February 26, 2024, the Knox County, TN Board of Commissioners adopted “Amend agenda to defer Items #36, #39, and #43 to March 2024 meeting.” by a vote of 11–0.
Motion to amend the agenda to defer the following items to the March 2024 meeting: Item #36 – Resolution R-24-2-803 - Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, approving an interlocal agreement between Knox County and the Industrial Development Board related to the Axle Logistics property swap for $1.4 million. The amount in question will be paid through designations and included in the FY'25 Capital Improvement Plan, Item #39 – Ordinance O-24-2-101 - Consideration of an Ordinance of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, amending the Knox County Code, Chapter 66, "Utilities", by adding a new Section 66-2 to provide for the Removal of Inactive, Broken, or Replaced Utility Poles. (Knox County Code, Chapter 66, Article I, establishing Sec. 66-2, previously reserved), and Item #43 - Request of Leonard Development LLC for rezoning from A (Agricultural) to PR (Planned Residential) up to 5 dwelling units per acre. Property located at 1141 Catlett Road / Parcel ID 130 160. (Planning Commission’s File Number: 1-A-24-RZ) (6th Commission District).
