CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMISSION OF KNOX COUNTY, TENNESSEE, AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE OF A U.S. DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE, BUREAU OF JUSTICE ASSISTANCE FISCAL YEAR (FY) 2023 COMPREHENSIVE OPIOID, STIMULANT, AND SUBSTANCE USE SITE-BASED PROGRAM AWARD IN THE AMOUNT OF $1,300,000.00 AND APPROVING THE TERMS FOR THE RECEIPT OF SAID FUNDS.
