MOTION AND VOTE TO SUSPEND THE KNOX COUNTY COMMISSION RULES, RULE I, SECTION M, “ELECTIONS OR APPOINTMENTS” TO APPOINT THE WINNER OF THE MARCH 5TH PRIMARY FOR THE KNOX COUNTY BOARD OF EDUCATION DISTRICT 8.
On February 26, 2024, the Knox County, TN Board of Commissioners adopted “Suspend rules to appoint winner of March 5th primary for BOE District 8.” by a vote of 11–0.
Motion to approve the suspension of the Knox County Commission Rules, Rule I, Section M, “Elections or Appointments” to appoint the winner of the March 5th primary for the Knox County Board of Education District 8.
