Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, approving a Budget Supplement Agreement not to exceed $30,250.00 to the existing professional services contract with Ardurra (formerly Cannon & Cannon) for additional work to extend the scope of improvements on the Coward Mill Phase II project.
