Consideration of an Ordinance of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, amending the Knox County Code, Chapter 2, Article VIII, Division 4, Section 2-548, "Adoption of Consolidated Budget, Tax Rates, and Appropriations Resolution; Effect of Failure to Adopt," to require the Budget to be adopted in Two Readings. (Amends Ordinance Number O-90-9-122, adopted September 10, 1990) (SECOND READING)
